These terms are the deal between you and Electrons Plus, Inc. (“Electrons Plus,” “we,” “us”) when you use electronsplus.com. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

1. Who these terms are with

This site is operated by Electrons Plus, Inc., a company registered in the United States. You must be 18 or older to use it.

2. What this site is for

This site exists to explain what Electrons Plus is, to help practitioners get in touch with us, and to help people find a provider near them. It is information, not a shop, and not a clinic. Buying a device, leasing one, or taking a demo unit happens through a separate written agreement with us, and that agreement governs the purchase, not this page.

3. Medical and FDA disclaimer

Our Guided PEMF technology is not FDA-approved. Our technology aids the practitioner to deliver a unique hands-on manual therapy session to enhance recovery and wellness. Any results depicted on this website are only experiences that our providers have witnessed. Electrons Plus, Inc. makes no claims that the Guided PEMF machine is intended to treat specific conditions. Claims are under the jurisdiction of the complex regulatory laws of the FDA.

To put that plainly: nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and reading it does not make us your healthcare provider. We do not claim our technology diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease.

Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting anything new, especially if you are pregnant, have an implanted device such as a pacemaker, or are managing a medical condition. Never delay or ignore professional medical advice because of something you read here. If this is an emergency, call your local emergency number.

About the results, videos, and testimonials

The outcomes, videos, reviews, and patient stories on this site are individual experiences that specific people reported. They are not typical, not average, not a promise, and not evidence that you or your patients will experience anything similar. People who volunteer a story are, by their nature, people who had one worth telling. We show them because they are real, not because they are representative.

4. The provider directory

Our Find a provider directory lists independent practitioners and businesses who use our technology. This matters, so we will be blunt about it:

• They are not our employees, agents, partners, or representatives. Listing someone is not us vouching for them.
• We do not supervise, direct, or control the care they give. We are not in the room and we have no say in it.
• We do not verify anyone's licence, insurance, qualifications, or competence. Check for yourself. You are entitled to ask a practitioner for their credentials and a good one will not mind.
• Any treatment, payment, dispute, or injury is strictly between you and that provider.
• Listing details come from the providers themselves, and can be out of date or wrong. Confirm before you travel.

We can add, change, or remove any listing at any time, for any reason, without notice.

5. If you submit a listing

When you send us a listing at /providers/register, you are telling us that the information is true, that it is yours to submit, and that you are allowed to be listed as offering what you say you offer. You give us permission to publish and display it on this site. You keep ownership of it. Ask and we will take it down.

Nothing goes live without a human at Electrons Plus reviewing it, and we can decline or remove a listing at our discretion.

6. Our content

The text, photography, video, design, and code on this site belong to Electrons Plus, Inc. or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright. Electrons Plus™ and the Electrons Plus logo are our trademarks.

You are welcome to read the site, and to share a link to it. You may not copy our content, scrape the site, republish our videos, or use our name or logo to suggest we endorse you, without our written permission first. Our practitioners have their own separate agreements covering brand use.

7. Fair use of the site

Do not use this site to break the law, to impersonate someone, to submit a listing that is not yours, to harvest other people's details from the directory, to send spam, or to attack, overload, or probe the site or the systems behind it. Do not try to reach the staff areas.

8. Links to other sites

We link to provider websites, social media, and other outside pages. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what is on them. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement.

9. The site is provided as is

We work hard to keep this site accurate and online, but we provide it “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or that anything on it is complete or current.

10. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Electrons Plus, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site, your reliance on anything you read here, or your dealings with any provider you found through the directory.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

This section is about the website. If you have bought or leased a device from us, the agreement you signed covers the device, and this page does not cut down whatever that agreement gives you.

11. Indemnity

If your use of this site, or something you submitted to it, causes a claim against us from someone else, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal fees.

12. Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are part of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you and we both agree to those courts.

14. The usual clean-up clauses

If a court strikes out part of these terms, the rest still stands. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. These terms, plus the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between us about this website.

15. Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
